Onion Omelette (Egg)

1) Egg, fresh, 3 large 2) Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped 3) Sunflower Oil, 2 tbsp or use Olive oil preferably, theres more barakah!4) *Hot Chili Peppers, 0.2 cup, chopped or diced 5) Coriander seed, 0.5 tsp 6) Coriander leaf, dried, 1 tbsp 7) Crushed red chillies- 0.5 tsp8) Water 1tbsp9) Salt 0.2 tsp
1) Beat the 3 eggs with water, Salt, Coriander whole, Crushed red chillies.
2) Finely chop up onions and whole green chilli
3) Heat the oil in a frying pan
4) When the oil is hot, fry the onions until golden brown.
5) Pour the egg in the frying pan starting in the centre of the pan, so it spreads outwards.
6) Now add the chopped chillis.
7) Fry the omlette until golden and solid, ie not fluidy or runny.
8) Turn the omelette over when one side is golden to completely cook.
9) Divide into three servings, and Enjoy!
