Scallop Carbonara

Ingredients
1 pkg frozen scallops, thawedNestle Chef Mate Creole Seasoning1 pkg alfredo sauce mixskim milkbutter1 box whole-wheat linguine noodles4 slices of turkey bacon1 can of sweet peas, drained
Directions
1. Cook turkey bacon crisp, and dice into small pieces (garnish sized)
2. Stir-fry scallops, seasoned lightly with the creole seasoning.
3. Make alfredo sauce according to package directions (I use real butter, but with skim milk)
4. Cook linguine noodles.
5. Mix noodles, sauce, and sweet peas. Top with scallops and turkey bacon bits.

Makes 4 1-cup servings.
