Strawberry Topping

Ingredients
6 large - Strawberries, sliced1 tsp (or 1 packet) - Sugar Substitute1/8 tsp - Almond Extract1/4 tsp - Cornstarch1/4 cup - Cold Water
Directions
Combine all ingredients, and cook on the stove over medium heat until liquid has thickened slightly (about 5 minutes).

Serve immediately, or store in refrigerator for later use.
