tuna/broccolli casserole

Ingredients
1- 6ounce can of tuna1/4 cup elbow macaroni noodles (uncooked)1/2 cup broccolli1/4 cup shredded carrots.25 ounce cheddar cheese-shredded.25 ounce shredder monterey jack salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to taste
Directions
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil, ass noodles and broccoli and cook until tender, drain most of the water, add tuna, carrots and red pepper flakes. Cook until heated through, add cheeses and stir until melted. Salt and pepper to taste.
