Mushroom Chard crustless quiche

9 Eggs1.5 cup of sliced mushrooms1 bunch chard (approx 3 cups chopped, remove the base steps)1 onion diced2 tbsp EVOO1 Cup Skim Milk1 Cup shredded cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sauté onion in olive oil for a few minutes, and then add sliced mushrooms. Sauté for a few more minutes but don't over book.
Add chard to onion/mushroom mixture and stir to coat. Cook until chard is soft but not over cooked.
Add chard mixture to a casserole baking dish and cover evenly with shredded cheese.
In a separate bowl combine eggs and milk and whisk.
Pour egg mixture over ingredients in baking dish.
Bake on 350 for 45 minutes to an hour. Cut into the top to make sure egg is cooked completely.
Preslice into 12 pieces for accurate serving sizes.
