1 lb Jennie O Extra Lean ground Turkey1 chopped onion1 chopped bell pepper2 Tbs Ground Comino2 Tbs Chili powder1 Tbs Garlic SaltSalt and Pepper to taste1/2 cup water8 medium Taco shellsChopped lettuce1 cup cherry tomatoes1/2 cup 2% cheddar cheese gratedPace Picante Sauce
Brown the turkey with the chopped onion and bell pepper. Add spices as it cooks. Add 1/2 cup water and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Put ground meat in warmed taco shells and garnish with lettuce, tomato, cheese and picante sauce. Makes 4 - servings of 2 tacos each.
For a lighter version use fat-free cheese.
