Daniel Fast Homemade Corn Chips

Ingredients
Directions
1 c. ground corn flour1 T. extra virgin olive oil1/2 t. salt3/4 c. boiling water
Mix ingredients together. If dough is too dry add a little more water. Grease flat baking pan or stone. Dough will stick to rolling pin, so use a little bit of corn flour on pin as well as dough. Roll very thin! Cut into squares & salt dough. Bake 400 degrees 8 minutes, remove pan & flip chips, bake 2 more minutes. Remove from pan. Yields 1 lb. Store in airtight container or zip lock bag.
