Chicken Funjita

Ingredients
1lb Chicken, Ground1 large red onion1 large green bell pepper2 medium red bell pepper1 packet fajita seasoning packet2 tbsp salsa5 Mission flour tortillas
Directions
Saute chicken until no longer pink. remove from skillet and add 2 tbsp of EVOO, then add the onions and peppers. Cover and allow veges to sweat (become translusent) takes about 3-5 minutes. Add chicken back to skillet with fajita seasoning. Stir with 1/4 cup of water and your done.
