Spicy Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients
15 oz canned Pumpkin1 cup celery1/2 cup carrots1/2 cup onion1/2 tsp table salt1/2 tsp ground oregano1/2 tsp dried rosemary1/4 tsp ground red pepper4 cups vegetable broth1 cups canned diced tomators
Directions
In a 4-quart crockpot, place first 8 ingredients and mix together. Be sure all veggies are chopped. Gradually stir in broth.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high setting for 3-4 hours. Stir in chopped tomatoes. Add a dollop of FF Sour cream if you like (not included nutritional info).
