1 c. flour2 T. sugar2 t. baking powder1/2 t. salt1/4 t. nutmeg (optional)1/4 t. cinnamon3/4 c. 1 % milk1/2 c. canned pumpkin3 large eggs2 T. butter
Directions
Cook in waffle iron

Makes 8 servings (4 whole waffles)
Serving= 2 waffle squares

For added fiber, use whole wheat flour
Serve with apple sauce on top
