roast all materials in OIL and grind to corse powder . Store in Airtighht container and use 10 grams for one persons serning - 300 ml 0f Sambar
Salt to taste. Curry leaves, cooked mixed vegitabls are boiled with 10 grams of toor Dhal and 10 grams of tamrind and seasoninng of a pinch of mustard , asafotada,, and jeera added to finish the Sambar
