Fish cake

4 oz of your favorite imitation crab meat1 -6 oz can of boneless skinless salmon6 TB of light or reduced fat mayoapx 4 melba toasts1 large eggseasonings
Directions
Mix all of your ingredients in a bowl. Add whatever spices that you like at this time. Scallions are also a tasty throw in. Heat up a large skillet and spray it with olive oil spray. This recipe makes 6 cakes.
