Ginger Pork Balls Soup

1 lb Ground Pork1/4 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Corn Starch 1 tsp Ginger, ground1 tbsp Soy Sauce 1/4 tsp Pepper, black 4 cups Chicken Broth 1 cup Bok Choy chopped 1 stalk Celery diced 1.4 cup Onions diced 1/2 cup Broccoli chopped 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Mix together Pork, garlic, starch, ginger, soy sauce and pepper and put in fridge for 30 minutes in a bowl..
For soup Base
Put chicken broth, bok choy, broccoli, 1 tbsp soy sauce,celery, onion and cook over medium to high heat
bring to a boil..
Remove pork from fridge and form into balls and drop into broth and continue to cook for 30 minutes or until pork balls are done.
Serves 8 - 1 cup
