Tomato Parmesan Couscous

2 Tbsp olive oil, extra light2 cloves garlic, minced1-1/4 cups fat free Swanson Chicken Broth1 package Near East Couscous, Toasted Pine Nut10 fresh asparagus spears, or one can 1/5 cup Del Monte diced Tomatoes with Onion3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
In large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook garlic for 2 minutes. Add broth and contents of couscous spice sack. Bring just to boil. Stir in asparagus. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 1 minute.
Stir in Near East Couscous; cover and remove from heat. Let stand five minutes.
Stir in tomatoes and Parmesan cheese.
