Spinach English Muffin

6 English Muffins cut in half1 tbs garlic butter1 package frozen spinach, thawed and rid of liquid1 onion finally chopped1 cup Mozarella cheese, from skim milk0.25 cup graded parmesan cheese0.50 cup light mayonaise
Cut English muffins in half and butter with garlic butter.
Mix drained spinach, onion,mozarella and parmesan cheese, and mayonaise in a bowl.
Spread mixture evenly on cut English muffins.
Freeze each item before cooking. Can keep frozen until ready to cook entrées.
Heat oven at 400 F. Put in oven frozen and cook for 25 minutes, until cheese-spinash mixture top appears light brown. Remove from oven allow a few minutes to cool and ENJOY!
