Healthy Granola Bars

2 1/2 cups of Wheat Bran Cereal2 cups of whole grain quick cooking oats1/2 cup of raisins1/2 cup of craisins1/2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips1/2 cup of dried shredded coconut1/2 cup of brown sugar1/2 cup of calorie reduced light corn syrup1/2 cup of crunchy peanut butter1 teaspoon of vanilla
1) In a large mixing bowl, stir bran cereal, oats, raisins, craisins, chocolate chips and coconut
2) Grease a 9 x 13 inch dish with cooking spray
3) Mix brown sugar and corn syrup in a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat until boiling
4) Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth
5) Pour over cereal mixture and mix well
6) Press into the prepared dish with the back of a large spoon
Allow to cool and then cut into squares
