Quick and Light Summer Wrap

Ingredients
Flat Out Sundried Tomato wrap, light, 1 wrapLight cream cheese, 3 tbsp Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 3 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 tbsp
Directions
I used a mini-food processor to mince up pepper and onion (vidalia). You can, of course, mince them yourself.
Also, you can add the cream cheese to the processor and make a spread, or spread it on the wrap and sprinkle on the onion and pepper.
Roll it up and eat!
You can also slice it into pinwheels and serve with a salad or slaw, it looks nice this way!
