Crowd Pleasing Fruit Salad

Ingredients
3 tart apples, such as Granny Smiths, chopped3 crisp apples, such as Galas, chopped2 large bananas sliced1 cup of seedless grapes6 Clementine mini oranges, peeled and wedged1 pound of strawberries halved (~ 3.5 cups)1 cup walnut halves1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
Directions
Makes 18 1-cup servings.

Mix chopped fruit, nuts, and vanilla well. Serve immediately or refrigerate.

Substitute these fruits with whatever is in season and available. We love it with fresh pineapple and mango, but neither were ripe at the grocery store this week.
