Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients
Ingredients:1 box Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice with seasoing packet (fast cooking)2 cans of Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup1 1/2 onions, chopped 1/2 lb. Gwaltney Pork Sausage (40% Less Fat- Mild)9 thighs Chicken Thigh, Stewed, Skin and Bone removed3/4 cup Bread Crumbs Plain2 tbsp Butter
Directions
Cook Chicken thighs and save broth. Cook the rice in the broth from the thighs.

Brown sausage with the onions. Once cooked, mix with 2 cans of soup.

Grease casserole dish and spoon in soup and sausage mixture. Put chicken on top. Top chicken with rice. Put brown crumbs on top of rice. Put a few pats of butter on top of rice. Cook on 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
