Carriage House Breakfast Pie

Ingredients
For 8 Servings:1/2 cup Bacon flavored tvp1/4 green bell pepper, diced1/4 red bell pepper, diced1 small onion chopped8 large eggs1 pound russet potatoes, peeled and grated2.75 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese1/2 tsp peppersalt to taste
Directions
Serving size: 1/8 of the pan used
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a large quiche dish or 8 individual ramekins with Pam.
Water saute the peppers and onions until soft.
Whisk eggs with potatoes, cheese, salt & pepper.
Mix in Tvp, and pepper onion mixture.
Pour evenly into prepared ramekins or pan.
Bake single pan for 45 minutes until center is set or knife inserted in center comes out clean. Bake ramekins for 20-30 minutes.
