Asparagus Tomato Salad with Feta

Ingredients
Mixed Salad Greens - mewclun - Asparagus, fresh, 2 cup cooked until tender-crisp & cooledRed Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp or white wine vinegarOregano, ground, .25 tbsp or some fresh sprigsFeta Cheese, 0.5 cup, crumbled A nice addition is a few chopped fresh mint leavesAlso some red, green or orange peppers chopped
Directions
1. Place greens in a large salad bowl or on a decorative plate
2. Cut cooled asparagus diagonally into 2" pieces
3. Slice tomato into thin wedges
4. Add both to greens
5. Add any other veg you choose
6. Whisk oil with vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano to taste
7. Toss with salad or drizzle over top
8. Sprinkle with fets
9. Add chopped mint if desired
