Homemade Pancakes

Ingredients
6 T Butter3C Flour7t Baking Powder2t Salt6t Sugar3c Milk, 2%2 eggs2t Vanilla Extract
Directions
Sift all dry ingredients together. Melt butter. Stir in milk and eggs to flour mixture and then add the eggs (so the eggs don't cook since you are using the hot butter). I let the mixture sit in the frig for a half an hour and then scoop by the 1/4 cup on to a hot griddle that has been prepped with cooking spray this will give you 33 pancakes.
