Jenny's whole wheat bread

Ingredients
7 cups Freshly ground whole wheat flour 0.5 cup honey2.5 cups hot water1 Tbsp yeast1 Tbsp salt
Directions
With instant yeast simply combine all ingredients in free standing mixer and need with a dough hook until dough looks smooth and elastic. Let rise 1 hour, then separate into 2 loaf pans. Let rise another hour then cook for 35 minutes at 325 degrees. Slice into about 24 slices.
