Spanish Beans with Gravy (caldo) (1/2 cup svg)

Ingredients
1 can of Pink Beans (or Red Kidney Beans)2 cups of Water1 tbsp of vegetable oil1/4 cup chopped green bell peppers1/8 cup chopped onions1 large potato (peeled and cubed)1 can of Goya tomato sauce1/2 tsp of Adobo1 packet of Sazon (Goya)1/4 tsp black pepper1 tsp sea salt
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients into a pot on high and bring to a simmer. (5-6 mins)

2. When sauce starts to boil, lower heat to med-low and continue to cook uncovered for sauce to thicken. (14-15 min)

3. Stir and place a lid over the beans to finish cooking. (5 mins)

Makes approx. 4 -1/2 cup servings
