Ingredients:*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4"Asparagus, fresh, 15 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) *Zuchinni, 1 large 323g, 2 serving *Summer Squash, 2 medium Olive Oil, 1 tbsp1 envelope ofGood Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Recipe Mix
Directions
Cut all veggies into bite size pieces. Then add mix, oil, and veggies to bag and mix well. Pour ingredients onto a cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 25 minutes(Ovens vary. Increase or decrease temperature and time depending on how crisp you would like the veggies.)
