Ingredients
break egg in a bowl and a tsp of water, vanilla, a sprinkle of cinnamon and mix with a fork.break bread into peices add to egg mixture again mix with fork. next add wheat bran and sesame seeds...mixture will appear to be dry...keep mixing until everything sticks together...spray a small pan add mixture...turn only once...place on serving dish and pour breakfast syrup on top...enjoy
