* Ground beef, lean, 18 oz (remove) * Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, 5 cup (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * *Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 1 cup (remove) * Lima Beans, 2 cup (remove) * *Red Pack Whole Peeled Plum Tomatoes, 1 cup (remove) * Vegetable Juice Cocktail (V8), 3 cup (remove) * Basil, 1 tbsp (remove) * *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove) * Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Just add water with your veggies after you cook your meat and onions. Makes about 8 1-cup servings.
