0.5 cup nonfat or lowfat plain yogurt (lowfat in nutritional info)0.5 cup frozen blueberries0.5 cup frozen pineapple4 mango chunks, frozen1 mandarin orange, peeled and frozen0.5 cup fresh spinach
Combine ingredients in a Vita Mix or blender or food processor. Add 1-3 ice cubes for desired consistency. Blend, mixing when necessary, until smooth (requires 30-60 seconds in Vita Mix, might take longer in a less powerful blender).
