Low Fat Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
Dry bowl:1.75 cups of AP flour1.5 cups of sugar1tsp of baking soda0.75 tsp of salt1 tbsp of cinnimonWet bowl:1 cup of canned pumpkin0.5 cup unsweetened apple sauce1/3 cup water2 eggs
Directions
spray two bread pans with cooking spray
add dry ingredients into wet.
pour half the batter evenly in the two pans

bake at 350 F for 1 hour
