Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added, 2 can (remove)Onions, raw, .5 large (remove)Garlic, 2 clove (remove)Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)Celery 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Green Beans (snap), 1 cup Campbell's low sodium chicken broth, 3 cup Olive Oil, 2 tbspThyme, ground, 1 tsp
Saute onion and garlic in oil . Add rest of veggies saute 1-2 minutes. Add to crock pot along with other ingredients and cook 4-6 hours on high.
