Ingredients
* 250 grams Yogurt, plain, low fat * 1 cup White Rice, short grain, * 400 grams Chicken Breast, no skin * 40 grams Peanuts, dry-roasted * 50 grams Pineapple, fresh * 3 Curry powder * Salt * Pepper
Directions
Cook the rice
Cut chicken breast in small bite-sized pieces or even smaller and fry in a pan
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
Add curry until colour is visible and you can taste it (but not too much)
Add salt and pepper according to likings
