Pasta w/ Shrimp - 7 Weight Watchers Points

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat pasta, cooked1/2 cup cooked shrimp1 tea. olive oil1/4 c chopped onions2-3 cloves of garlic, chopped2 TB white wine2 TB Fat-free half and halfparsley1 TB Parmesan cheese, gratedCoarse ground pepper
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in oil. Add wine and simmer to reduce while pasta cooks. Add 1 TB of the pasta cooking water, shrimp, parsley and the half and half and cook until the shrimp is heated through. Add pasta and stir until pasta is coated. Add cheese and coarsley ground pepper and enjoy. Served with a green salad with low fat dressing this is a satisfying Weight Watcher dinner.

    Great recipe but if you are a current Weight Watcher and are using the Points Plus system it is actually 10 points. But that's still a great recipe. Just factor in the additional 3 points for the day. - 3/1/15
