EZ Pork & Beans minus the Pork

3 C cooked Great Northern Beans (1/2 jar Randall's pre-cooked works well)1 Can (6 oz) Tomato Paste1/2 Cup Chopped Onion2 Tbsp Dried Chopped Onion2 tsp Chopped Garlic (about 2 cloves)1 Tbsp Olive Oil1/4 Cup Maple Syrup (I use the real thing)1 tsp Salt (or to taste)enough water to come to the top of the beans
Heat the olive oil in a medium-sized saucepan.
Chop the onion and the garlic. Saute until soft.
Add the remainder of the ingredients and stir well. Heat through for about 15 minutes, or until the dehydrated onion is no longer hard.
Enjoy!
