4 eggs - 1 tbsp dehydrated onion flakes -2 oz pork skins plain crushed-2 cans Deming's Pink Salmon drained - 4 tbsp olive oil
Directions
mix all ingredients except olive oil, heat oil in skillet and fry patties until brown---makes 8 patties
