Ingredients:Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped (remove)Muir Glen Organic Diced Tomatoes, 1 cup (remove)*Ketchup, Heinz, 5.33 tbsp (remove)*Gulden's spicey brown mustard, 6 tsp (remove)Colavita Aged White Wine Vinegar, 2 tbsp (remove)Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp (remove)*Laura’s Leen Beef 4% fat, 32 oz (remove)Truvia Natural Sweetener, 2 serving (remove)
Brown beef and chopped onions in Dutch oven. Drain any excess grease. Meanwhile mix all of the other ingredients together and add to the cooked, drained beef and onions. Simmer for at least 10 minutes. For those who find this too sweet, reduce the Truvia and increase the Lea & Perrins Worcestershire. Also works well with salsa instead of ketchup.
