Tomato sauteed spinach chicken

Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup cherry tomatoes Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook *Cut Leaf Spinach - Frozen, 2 cup *Canola Oil, 2 1tsp A dash of salt to taste
Warm oil in a skillet for a minute.
Sautee onions, a pinch of salt to taste for a minute. Cube and add tomatoes and let cook for about 5 minutes until withered and stewed. Add spinach and let cook for a couple of minutes. Serve with mashed potato or cooked corn paste.
