Scallop Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
2 T olive oil1 lb bay scallops1 lb Maine shrimp3 T garlic1 T dried parsley3 T lemon juice1/2 t salt1/4 t black pepper12 oz. cavatappi pasta, dry1/4 c parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
Cook pasta according to box directions. Heat oil in pan on medium heat. Stir other remaining ingredients, except parmesan cheese, in a large bowl. Add to oil when pan is hot. Cook, stirring often, until scallops are white and opaque and shrimp are pink. Cook thoroughly. Drain pasta, add seafood mixture to pasta, add parmesan cheese & stir. Serve hot with a side salad!
