Chocolate Chip Banana Nut Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup white flour (AP)1/2 cup brown sugar, packed1/2 cup sugar1 Tb vital wheat gluten2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt2 tsp cinnamon3 medium bananas3/4 cup egg substitute or 3 egg whites1/3 cup applesauce, unsweetened1 cup chocolate chips1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Mash bananas and mix in applesauce and eggs. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Add chips and pecans. Bake in mini muffin pans for about 8 minutes.
