Hummus

Ingredients
2 16oz cans Chickpeas4 - 6 cloves of garlic1 1/2 tsp Salt3/4 cup Tahini1/2 cup lemon juice
Directions
Drain and dry Chickpeas, reserving liquid. Mince garlic in food processor, add peas and mince, scraping down sides as needed. Add salt, Tahini and lemon juice, mix and taste. Add enough of the reserved liquid to make a thick creamy consistency. Garnish w/ cayenne pepper. Makes sixteen 1/4 cup servings (4 cups)
