Ginger Lime Teriyaki Broccoli and Rice

1 1/2 c rice, cooked1 lime, Zest and juice3 T Soy sauce3 T Sesame oil3 T Olive oil1/2 c water1/8 c sugar2 T honey1 10oz pkg frozen broccoli1 T sesame seeds1 t ground ginger
Combine lime juice and zest, soy sauce, sesame oil, olive oil, water, sugar, and honey. Mix well and stir in rice. Arrange broccoli on top of rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds and ginger. Cover and simmer over medium heat in a large skillet until, stirring occassionally. It's ready when broccoli is cooked but still firm and sauce has thickened slightly.
