potato and kielbasa soup (crockpot) 2

Ingredients
1/4 cup chopped onion2 1/2 c chopped potatos2 beef bullion cubes5 oz Hillshire Farm polska kielbasa chopped1 c nonfat milk2 T cornstarch
Directions
Easy to make!

Cut potatoes into bite size wedges the night before. Place in bowl of water in fridge. Cut kielbasa into bite size peices and put into seperate bowl. Place in fridge. In the am, put kielbasa, potatoes, onion and bullion cubes into crock pot. Set on low for 6-7 hours.

The last hour, mix the milk and cornstarch. Pour into crockpot. Turn to high. Let simmer until thickened.

You can also add other veggies--but then the nutritional value will be different.
