Homemade Lasagna

Ingredients
Ground beef, extra lean, 1 lb.Ricotta Cheese, fat-free 15 oz.Mozarella Cheese (low moisture, part-skim) 4 cups, gratedEggs, 2Gia Russa Whole Wheat Egg Lasagna 12 pcs.Prego Marinara Sauce 4 cupsParmesan Cheese, grated 1 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Brown the ground beef, breaking it into small pieces and drain. Add the Prego sauce to the meat and warm.
In a small mixing bowl beat the eggs and then add the ricotta cheese, 2 cups of the grated mozarella and one-half cup of the parmesan cheese.
Spray the sides and bottom of a 13" x 9" pan with Pam. Using a ladle, spread one to one-and one-half cups of meat sauce to the bottom of the pan. Layer 4 pieces of lasagna on top of sauce, spread one-third of the cheese mixture on top of the noodles. Add another cup of sauce on top. Continue with two more layers. Finish with a layer of lasagne, a cup of sauce and the last 2 cups of grated mozarella and 1/2-cup parmesan. Cover with foil and cook in a 400-degree oven for 45-50 min. Let set for 15 before cutting into 12 servings.
