Lemon Balsamic Vinegrette

3 tbsp fresh lemon juice3 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 smalll sallot, chopped1 clove garlic chopped3/4c extra virgin olive oilsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
whisk together all ingredients except oil until well blended. Slowly whisk in oil until emulsified.
