Ingredients
1 C White Rice2 C Chicken Broth1/4 C Frozen Peas1/2 onion chopped1 Clove Garlic1/2 oz. thin spaghetti, brokenSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Saute onion and garlic until soft. Brown spaghetti in olive until just browned. Add rice and saute until opaque. Add broth, peas, salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Simmer covered for 20 minutes.

Makes 4-1/2 cup servings
