Mashed Sweet Potato and Carrot

Ingredients
1 8-9 oz sweet potato, peeled1 large carrot, peeled1 tbsp honey1 tsp cinnamonsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut sweet potato and carrot into approximately 1-inch chunks. Just barely cover with water and cook tightly covered until soft when pierced with a fork. Drain and reserve liquid. Mash potato and carrot together. Add honey, cinnamon, and salt and pepper if desired. Add enough of the reserved liquid to attain desired consistency. 2 servings.
