Sour Cream Cornbread

Ingredients
1 c. cornmeal1 c. flour2/3 c. sugar1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp soda2/3 c. margarine (melted)2 eggs1 c. sour cream or buttermilk
Directions
Mix together: cornmeal, flour, sugar, salt and soda. Add: margarine (melted). Mix in eggs and sour cream or buttermilk. Spread into greased 9/13 pan and bake @ 350 degrees, 30-35 minutes, until toothpick in the middle comes out clean. Makes 12 servings. 260 cal./piece if divided into 12 pieces.
