Awesome! I made it for dinner on 4 Feb 2009, and added broccoli to it. My children loved it! I had second helping and went over my calorie range, lol :) - 2/6/09

Excellent! Easy to make and very good. I thought it was spicy enough, not bland at all. Made plenty. - 3/21/09

Sounds like you could put everything in the crock pot and make the noodles when you get home. I'd skip the baking except for the leftovers. And agree with some other posters, adding your favorite spaghetti spices would provide Zip-tang! - 1/31/09

My kids all ate it and liked it. I really liked it. My husband added garlic, pepper, and mozzerella cheese and said that that gave it more flavor. I will make it again, only with a little more spice. - 10/8/08

I found this to be fairly bland... I ended up topping my servings with salsa to kick some flavor into it. Probably a great substitute for macaroni and cheese or another comfort food, but not one I would serve to guests, or even make again. - 7/23/07

REMARKABLE! Easy, delicious and is made with items already in my cupboard! It even got a "do-over" recognition from my husband and kids! - 7/14/07

Tasted great! I think we'll try rotel tomatoes next time, give it a little "bite". - 6/10/07

Very Good!!! My in-laws are anti-healthy eaters and they didn't even know it was good for them!!! Everyone including the children loved it and I will be making this again, only next time I think I will add less chicken broth, and add mushrooms!! - 9/10/12

Delicious - creamy and satisfying. Just spicy enough without losing that traditional flavor from childhood memory. I had to bake the full hour because of all the liquid in the recipe - may try draining the Ro-Tel next time and baking a little less. - 2/5/12

Broiled chicken in chicken broth, did not use the tomatoes/chilis. used 2 cans of lowfat cream of chicken soup & added the chicken broth used to cook chicken in, did not use cream of mushroom at all, mixed in cubed chicken. topped with velveeta, baked perfectly after 30 mins. ate w/ parm zucchini !! - 1/12/11

Very yummy! I didn't have the time to let it bake for an hour, but next time I'll definitely give it that time to all meld together. It was great anyway :) - 12/11/10
