2 slices butterball turkey bacon1/4 cup fat free shredded cheese3/4 cup egg whites1/4 cup green peppers, onion and jalapeno peppers1 cup mushrooms
Cook the turkey bacon. Set aside. Saute the veggies in the same pan. Set aside. Pour the egg whites in the pan. Cook. When it's almost done add the cheese, bacon and veggies. Reserve some of the cheese and veggies to put on top. Quick and easy to make. It's delicious and super filling.
