GARDEN VEGETABLE SOUP WITH COUSCOUS

1 1/2 cups V84 cups fat free low sodium chicken broth1/4 cup whole wheat couscous (dry)1 cup diced celery1cup diced carrots1/2 cup chopped onion1 tsp.minced garlic1 1/2 cups diced green cabbage1 cup cut up green beans1 cup diced zucchini1/2 tsp. dried basil1/4 tsp dried oregano
In large saucepan, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, saute carrots, onion, garlic and green cabbage over low heat until softened.
Add broth, V8, basil, green beans & oregano. bring to a boil and simmer until veggies are tender.
Add zucchini in the last 5 minutes. Serve hot.
