Fuss-free Beef and Broccoli stir fry

Ingredients
300g lean beef, cut into thin strips300g broccoli, cut into small florets2 portions straight-to-wok noodles (I use thick Udon noodles)5 or 6 scallions/spring onions, cut into ribbons (40g calculated)1 tsp olive oil1 tsp sesame oil1 tbsp sesame seeds3 garlic cloves, chopped1 tsp grated gingerchopped chili to taste2 tsp light soy sauce2 tsp red wine vinegar
Directions
On a medium heat, stir fry garlic, ginger and chilli in olive oil until soft and aromatic.

Add beef strips, turn the heat up, and fry until sealed all over. Add scallions and stir in.

Add broccoli, soy sauce and vinegar, and a splash of water, and stir fry approx 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, toast sesame seeds in a dry frying pan.

Add noodles and sesame oil to stir fry and heat through.

Serve, with sesame seeds scattered over the top.
